ERP Sales Executive
Open to: Female candidates
Turn AmalERP enquiries into customers from our Karachi office: call and message business owners who reach us through WhatsApp, our website and ads, understand what their business needs, give online and in-office demos, and follow up until they decide.
What you will do
- Respond quickly to new leads from WhatsApp, calls, our website and ads
- Call and message business owners to understand their business and what they need
- Give AmalERP demos online by screen share and at our office
- Send quotations from our published pricing and follow up until a decision
- Keep every lead and conversation up to date in our lead records
- Hand new customers over to the implementation team with clear notes
- Work towards monthly sales targets
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales, telesales or customer service; software or B2B sales experience is a plus
- Confident, clear speaking in Urdu and English, on calls and on WhatsApp
- Comfortable with a computer, Excel and online meeting tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
- Interest in business software; a basic understanding of accounting or inventory is a plus
- This position is open to female candidates
