Security at AmalERP
AmalERP keeps your business data safe on Google Cloud infrastructure, with encryption, access controls, backups and a full audit trail.

Your books and business records are sensitive, so security is built into AmalERP from the ground up. Here is how we protect your data.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure
AmalERP runs on Google Cloud and Firebase — the same infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. This gives you managed security, high reliability and scale, without you having to manage any servers.
Encryption
All traffic between you and AmalERP is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and your data is stored on Google Cloud's secured infrastructure.
Access control
- Sign in with Google or a verified email and password.
- You control which team members have access and what roles they hold.
- Your company's data is isolated to your account.
Audit trail
Every record in AmalERP carries a full audit trail — the user, date and time on every entry — so you always know who did what. Financial years can be locked once closed to protect your historical books.
Backups & reliability
Your data is continuously backed up on Google Cloud, and the system is built as a Progressive Web App that even keeps your POS billing running offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Compliance
AmalERP includes FBR-ready GST, withholding tax and SRB support, with tax reports that draw straight from your live ledger — built in, not bolted on. See our tax compliance page.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password private, use strong credentials, and only invite people you trust to your account. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability or have a concern? Contact Switcher Techno on WhatsApp at 0335-3058349 or email info.amalerp@gmail.com. We take every report seriously.
