ZATCA e-invoicing pricing, kept simple

Two plans, both billed per year in Saudi riyals: ZATCA Phase 1 at SAR 599/year gives you bilingual Arabic/English tax and simplified invoices with the Phase 1 QR code, 15% VAT, locked numbering and credit/debit notes. ZATCA Phase 2 at SAR 1,499/year adds integration with the Fatoora platform — clearance, reporting, CSID onboarding and the 9-tag QR. No per-module pricing, no per-invoice fees.

If your VAT-liable revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, you are in a ZATCA Phase 2 wave (Wave 25 at the latest, deadline 1 February 2027) and need the Phase 2 plan. Businesses below every announced threshold are on Phase 1 for now and can start on the SAR 599 plan, then move up when their wave is announced — the difference is charged, nothing is paid twice.

Yes. AmalERP issues bilingual Arabic/English tax and simplified invoices with the Phase 1 QR code, and integrates with ZATCA's Fatoora platform for Phase 2 — standard invoices are cleared in real time and simplified invoices are reported within 24 hours, from a unit onboarded with a Production CSID. We are not listed in ZATCA's solution-provider directory and do not call ourselves 'ZATCA-approved', because ZATCA says listing is not an approval; what matters is your onboarding, which we walk you through.

Per business, per year, with 2 users and 1 branch included in both plans. It is not charged per invoice. Extra users or branches are quoted on request — and remember that under Phase 2 each till or branch invoicing system is a separate unit that ZATCA requires to be onboarded with its own certificate, so tell us how many you run and we will confirm the setup in writing before you pay.

Prices are listed in Saudi riyals and billed annually. Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes; your invoice will state any applicable amounts clearly before you pay.

No. Onboarding is remote and included — we set up your company details, VAT codes, customers, items and opening balances with you over video call, and walk you through the Fatoora portal steps that only you can do. Traditional ERP purchases in the Kingdom quote implementation as a separate project; here there is no such line.

Yes — a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing starts billing without you choosing a plan.

Yes. Your data, customers, items and invoice history stay where they are; the Phase 2 plan adds the Fatoora integration on top. You pay the difference for the remainder of your year.

The product is built and supported by a team based in Pakistan, so our cost base is a fraction of a Riyadh implementation partner's, and we sell directly with remote onboarding rather than through partners who need margin on top of the licence.
