Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AmalERP, a cloud ERP and accounting product provided by Switcher Techno ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using AmalERP, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AmalERP is an all-in-one cloud ERP that includes accounting, POS, inventory, manufacturing, reporting and related modules, delivered over the internet on a subscription basis.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans start at Rs 2,500/mo and are billed annually.
• A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

Your data

The business data you enter into AmalERP belongs to you. We process it to provide the service in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and you may request deletion when you close your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AmalERP for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Resell or misuse the service without our written permission.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.

Availability

We work hard to keep AmalERP fast and available, with backups and monitoring. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual property

AmalERP, its software, branding and content are owned by Switcher Techno. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Termination

You may stop using AmalERP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On termination, the data-handling terms of our Privacy Policy apply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switcher Techno is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Karachi having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your region.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date shown above.
